When does the 2022 SFC team registration open?

The 2022 SFC Team Registration is open! (NOTE: Rochester Families will enter individually, visit the Rochester Families page for more information). 8U: This is a league that meets twice a week (Tuesday/Thursday) beginning the first week of June, however teams may begin practicing earlier. No practices or games the week of July 4th.

What does SFC do outside of workouts?

Outside of team workouts, we facilitate player skills clinics, cardio and strength training, and one-on-one sessions with D1 softball players. We also encourage club members to give back to their communities through our SFC Cares program, sharing with others the skills and knowledge gained while participating in club activities.
