To put the Graphtec CB09 blade into your Silhouette CAMEO or Portrait you will slip it into the blade housing. You may need to wiggle it a little bit, but it will fit in the CAMEO 3. Now you can use the blade to cut as you would with a regular Silhouette ratchet blade.
